My name is Lucy and I am a jewellery designer maker, I graduated from UCA Farnham with a first class degree in Jewellery & Metalwork in 2016. I now make my own work at home in Fareham, Hampshire.
My work is inspired by my love of travel and the places I have visited. Whether that is a trip to Morocco and the rich colours and patterns found within the souks of Marrakech, the quirky architecture within the buildings of Amsterdam or the beautiful textures found on the coast of Cornwall. I like to produce pieces with rustic, hammered textures. All of my jewellery is completely handmade in my workshop from creating different textures to making collets for stones and setting them by hand. This ensures that each piece is individual and unique. I like to achieve colours within my work through enamels and using different gemstones or found pebbles. All of my pieces are made using recycled sterling silver, some with Copper or Gold details. I package all of the jewellery in recycled kraft paper boxes and bags.
